When you place an order, we need to know: your name; email address; mailing address; credit card number, verification value (CVV number), expiration date, and billing address. This information allows us to process & fulfill your order. We may also use this information to notify you about your order status or resolve any issues regarding an order. Any information provided for an order is only used for the purposes of that order or, with your permission, to create another order.

How does Enkstore.com protect your information?

Who does Enkstore.com share your information with?
Only the delivery company selected for your order, our credit card processing company, and your credit card company. We provide the delivery company your shipping address and for UPS delivery, your phone number. If UPS has difficulty delivering your order and is unable to reach you at the phone number provided, your email address may also be provided. NO SPAM
We never send unsolicited email. The email address provided on an order is only used for the purposes of that order. When placing an order you can expect to receive two email messages from us. The first email is a confirmation of your order and is sent when the order is placed. Please adjust any spam filters you may have to allow email messages from enkstore07@yahoo.com through and take a moment to review the information provided in the confirmation email. The second email is sent on the day your order is shipped to notify you about the shipment and to provide a tracking number when available. Additional email communications may occur when delivery of your order will be delayed.

Enkstore.com may also maintain an opt-in list of email addresses for advertising purposes. If available, you must join this list online and respond to a confirmation message to have the email address provided added to our list.

Yahoo! Surveys
A very small number of shoppers are randomly selected by Yahoo! to participate in the Yahoo! Merchant Rating program. When selected, the shopper will receive an email invitation to complete a survey about their shopping experience at Enkstore.com. Enkstore.com has no control over this program. Although participation in this Yahoo! program is completely voluntary, we appreciate your feedback.
