Order Process Time: Usually we process your order
within 2 to 3 business days ( excluding weekends and holidays). Selecting an
expedited shipping method (such as UPS 2nd Day Air), Does Not Guarantee you will
receive it within 2 business days from placing your order.
We pride ourselves on shipping orders quickly. Each product is assigned an
"availability" on the product description page.
When you place an order with Enkstore.com, you agree to accept all the terms and
conditions provided on the Enkstore.com web site and we agree to provide the
products/services requested at the price(s) shown at the time of your order,
unless the item(s) are no longer available. Our responsibility for delivery of
your order ends when the package is provided to the delivery service you select
(USPS or UPS). You are responsible for providing correct and accurate address
information as well as receiving the package at the address provided by you.
When available, package tracking information provided by the USPS or UPS will be
the sole criteria used to determine proof of delivery and satisfaction of our
agreement with you. A signature is not required to indicate proof of delivery.
Back Orders: Occasionally a product may be on back order. If any product
is not in stock for an order, we will hold the shipment of your entire order
until all products are available. All backorders will not be held after five
business days. Any order placed on the weekends will be shipped on the next
business day. Business days are Monday through Friday.
Please refer to the chart above for estimated delivery Ground times. The visual
diagram above can be used to estimate the transit time.
Shipping & Handling Charges: To determine your
shipping charges, add your desired products to your Shopping Cart and go to
checkout. Once you select a shipping method, your shipping total will be
displayed. Shipping charges are based on the weight of your order and the
distance shipped.
APO/FPO Boxes: We only use the US Postal Service to ship to APO/FPO boxes. We
try to select the most affordable shipping charge for these shipments, e.g. if
the shipping charge is the same via PRIORITY MAIL as Parcel Post, we will ship
via PRIORITY MAIL, but if is cheapest by Parcel Post we will ship via Post
Parcel. Most of the cases we have to modify the shipping charges for this kind
of shipments which is a fair charge (you will see charges on the package
stamps). PLEASE NOTE: The shipment using Parcel Post can take up to 6 weeks, if
you want a faster way (PRIORITY MAIL), please advise us by the time you are
placing your order, this means; you are accepting the charges for PRIOROTY MAIL,
which can be higher than Parcel Post. Then we will make the adjustments for
shipping charges (you will see charges on the package stamps).
P.O. Boxes: If you provide us a street address we can ship your package using
UPS (this can take up to 7 business days for delivery), otherwise if you provide
a P.O. Box we only use the US Postal Service to ship. Most of the cases we have

Tracking Number: After your order has been processed you will receive a
Shipping Confirmation e-mail, this e-mail will provide you with a valid tracking
number to locate your order. PLEASE NOTE: Theres not a valid tracking number
available for APO, FPO or international orders.
International Shipping.
Enkstore.com will ship products anywhere in the world (Some restrictions apply).
In fact, we ship products to International Destinations everyday. We ship most
International orders via USPS and it usually takes approximately 6 - 14 Days for
shipping (some orders may take as long as 4 - 6 weeks if they are very heavy in
weight or stopped by customs). This shipping option provides a very economical
international service for delivery of your order. Destination time vary based on
the country involved.
Important: We choose the less expensive Shipping
method of Airmail Letter Post and/or Airmail Parcel Post. If you prefer Global
Express Mail or another shipping method please let us know in the order field
"Comments ".
Enkstore.com is not responsible for any tariffs,
customs restrictions, or other regulations that apply when shipping to countries
outside the United States. Any fees imposed by the destination are the sole
responsibility of the customer. We encourage you to speak with your customs
office if you have any questions.
Laws are different in every country, in order to avoid delays, please check with
your Customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of our products
to your country.
If for any reason the package is seized by Customs Officials, we will only issue
a refund if all products are returned to us in their original condition. In this
case, shipping charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
